The standard version of the Soon learning platform offers the following functions and features:

Roles and permissions
  • The learning platform has a set of 9 standard roles that fully map standard scenarios (e.g., teachers, participants, and training managers).
  • Additionally, custom roles can be defined for specific tasks or access conditions.
Design and display
  • The appearance of the learning platform is mostly customizable. Detailed implementations of corporate design specifications are possible on the basis of 'themes' (HTML5/CSS/Javascript); as well as adaptations to tablets and other mobile devices for display at lower screen resolutions
  • In addition, there are various settings in the administration area for the start page, the display of information and navigation blocks, as well as the personal start pages of the users of the system

Data protection

All roles are fine-granularizable with respect to rights assignment. Adjustable privacy policies with preconfigured profiles are possible within the platform. In addition, each platform hosted with us is secured via the following measures, among others:
